Any purchased sessions do not expire and can be used for a future booking.
New Members: Please book an orientation session with info@theclaystudioofmissoula.org prior to booking a day use session or access appointment. Orientations are available to be scheduled when the studio office is open, weekdays from 12-5PM.
Visit the studio time sign up page to access the current link for appointments - this link changes each session. A quick access link to the appointment page can be found in the footer of any page of our website. Your appointment will take place in the Clay Studio of Missoula classroom area, where you can utilize any equipment, including the glaze area.
You may also make an appointment to utilize the photo loft, plaster area, or mixing room if you are trained in these areas. Sign ups for non-classroom areas are physical calendars in the space (you can call the office and ask to be written on to the calendar if you are unable to stop by to book time in advance yourself). Please pay your day-use fee before you book your appointment for any single-day studio use.
You do not need an appointment to drop off or pick up work for firing - drop offs do not require day use access.
Proof of purchase will be sent to your provided email address, if needed. If the automatic email is not received, check your spam folder. You can also check in with studio staff by emailing info@theclaystudioofmissoula.org or asking at the front desk, we can verify your purchase on our database.
